Well, two of my family members passed away, so I can hardly say it or spring this year were good. But also, I never really liked summer anyway. It's too fucking hot and humid and the bugs all start trying to come in. I get the feeling people only like summer because they associate it with grade school summer break from their child years which teaches them to look forward to it. Myself, I always preferred autumn and winter.

Sorry to hear that anon. I'm glad Fall is here, too. It's much cooler in my semi-arid hellscape here. Looking forward to being outside without clouds of mosquitos chasing me.

>I never did believe the little sisters would replace the main 4
They DID keep teasing it, though, as if that was their whole purpose. Being called Candidates in themselves, the whole deal with the Succession Ritual, constantly putting them through arcs about "growing up" and "coming into their own", you could be forgiven for believing they were being set up to replace the main four, especially in the beginning. Only thing is I think people rioted hard enough back then that they relented and put the focus back on the CPUs with the whole Candidate succession thing forced to the background to put them into more of a "emergency backup/vice CPU" role. But at this point and especially in light of Unlimited, I believe more strongly now that Compile Heart always had plans to replace the main four in some way, it just didn't work out that time, now they are going for attempt #2. They treat it like this is the only way of advancing the setting, as if they're sick of writing the old CPUs or something.
>With Ciel replacing Noire, I'd need to know the specifics of how that happened before juding Noire for it.
The way I see it though, it's hard to look at Noire passing Uni over for an honest-to-God literal who for succession as anything but an indictment of her. You really trusted Uni THAT little, Noire? Unless, of course, the succession wasn't actually fully voluntary, but then Noire probably wouldn't be on friendly terms with Ciel.
I'm sure you COULD spin this as her believing Uni would be a good advisor to Ciel, but even then, it says something that it turned out that way and not the other way around. If anything Ciel should be the one advising Uni.
>I would agree with you that all this as setting that happens off-screen before the main story starts is lame.
I want to see the how and why of these goddesses coming to be. Unlimited apparently just does the time reset thing and then acts like they were always there. How did they come to be? Was there a Shift Period? Did the people basically just decide they were tired of Blanc, Noire and Vert and decide to make replacements? Why did the seniors relinquish their positions to them? So many questions, and yet according to someone in /nepgen/ the closest to an answer we get is some meta bullshit. I think Unlimited deliberately avoids answering those questions because of the implications it would raise. Everything I know from Neptunia lore says new goddesses (not Candidates) inherently conflict with and eventually outright replace the old ones. VII and the Next Forms were bucking this cycle, only for CH to backtrack and basically force replacements.
>I know you don't like Nepgear but I hope you'll agree with me that her character development shouldn't have been deleted after we see how tough she can be.
...
...
...
...I admit it, I liked Butt Monkey Nepgear. It was genuinely funny to me and I'm kinda sad they dropped the "mastering useless skills out of nowhere" skit because Nepgearfags got mad.
That said, I thought Nepgear was fine in the first arcs of VII. It was when they wrote the CPUs with their Next Forms to job in a laughably contrived manner just so she could get a "we're sorry for making fun of her in Victory, here's a rehash of mk2 where she plays hero again" arc was when she started grating me.
>The separate arcs in VII focused on the main characters for each country were a great idea
A great IDEA, yes. In practice, while the second part of the Lowee arc was alright, the first part was just Blanc playing babysitter to the stupid brats again. And it was too short to really make a serious impact. It needed to encompass a good part of the game. I've always said that with the different "factions"/settings, Neptunia could benefit from a route system, but everything has to revolve around Nep or Gear eventually. I'll admit, while I hate Hyperdevotion for being a giant Noire wankfest, it's also in part because it's an honest-to-God serious effort to pander to Noirefags and it makes me jealous as a Blancfag. The whole game is just about her and her alone, and even let's (you) romance her. Blanc doesn't really get that luxury even in Megatag which is supposed to be her game. Neither does Vert in 4GO; Neptune even makes a point of reminding her that it is NOT her game even though by all rights it really should be. Why was only Noire allowed that privilege?
>With the same number of spinoff games they have done a small-scale but real story focused on each main goddess, Nepgear, Uni, and Rom+Ram as a pair, and still had 2 more spinoffs left for Uzume, Ultradimension characters, and still another 2 more for random bullshit.
I've said before that the spinoff hell everyone complains about wouldn't have been so bad if the spinoffs were actually decent and/or used to focus more on specific characters instead of VTUMORS or random shoot-em-ups or reselling the bike minigame from GMRE as a full-price game. I think the early spinoffs were better about this than the later ones or the totally-not-a-mainline games like SvS. Producing Perfection had a good idea, that honestly I think should be applied to mainline games, but was instead basically wasted on being an IdolM@ster ripoff.
>You talk a lot about Blanc getting the shaft, but she's IN all the games. Your worries about her mattering are actual suffering of a Unifag, Romfag or Ramfag for years and years.
>It could even be worse, imagine if you're waifu was Chika, Financier or, goddess forbid, cursed spinoff-only character like Ester.
The old Blancbro did tell me that Candidatefags had quite a bit to complain about over the years. But I guess having the benefit of hindsight, I don't think the Candidates were ever really going to go away. Most of the games where they were absent were spinoffs set in another dimension. They are too embedded in Hyperdimension's setting to avoid when writing a game there. Yeah, you could always have it worse, I personally think Plutiafags have it the worst because she was a central character for one of the most prominent games and then basically just got told to fuck off. At least the others you mentioned were never really anything but side characters, there wasn't really the expectation that they would stick around.
Anyway, my central feeling and complaint as regards Blanc's roles wasn't really the fear that she won't be in (at least until now), but that being forced to share screentime with all these other characters butting into her roles is reducing the amount of space she has to have her own character moments, and to grow. For as much as I get emotional about Victory's Lowee arc, it was a genuine arc for Blanc, it was something that revealed the crucial elements of her character, allowed drama to unfold from them, and then allowed her to grow from it. There's the thing, since then Blanc has largely been static as a character, reduced to the simple formula of books, muh flat chest and babysitting Rom and Ram. And this, yes, has been a problem with all of the main characters and probably the whole franchise for a while. So I yearn for Blanc to have an arc, nay a whole storyline to herself again, damn those brats and being Neptune's cheerleader again, so she could reveal more layers to her character that I know she has. But now she's been saddled with a retirement and losing her prominent position to Rouge. Now it's ROUGE that's going to get all the development, while Blanc is reduced to just a stepping stone for her. Instead of trying to explore the main four and their characters more, Compile Heart basically just decided they couldn't do anything more with them and tossed them aside for a new cast. THAT's what I hate about all this. Even the Candidates got a better deal out of this because now they're just being Candidates to the new goddesses, with new characters to bounce off of, while Blanc and the rest are now just "seniors", the old goddesses who are on their way out and no longer have a formal position or obligation to the setting.

Ah, this took a while. But I appreciate you dumping all your complaints about the franchise here. I kinda expected you to be more with me on Uni's position in Unlimited here, but I guess I can understand being excited for basically anything when your expectations are already at rock bottom. In the end, maybe you do feel the same as me. All I really want is more focus on Blanc and a progression beyond the static characters we've been seeing for a decade or more now. But while Unlimited definitely shook up the status quo, it did it in just about precisely the way I DIDN'T want. I wanted Blanc to be her own character, if not her own protagonist, again, instead of these tired jokes. I want her to have a journey towards being more secure in herself and having more confidence as a girl, and to be more comfortable expressing her more hotblooded tomboyish side. I want her to win over Gamindustri and her rivals. I want to see more of Lowee and what its internal workings are like. Is Unlimited's path really the way to get any of this, or is she just going to get overshadowed by Rouge now like she was by Rom and Ram before?

I ordered this from AmiAmi a couple months ago. Shipping was ridiculous even with the cheapest option, which took forever to ship and I was given no notification or tracking number. I only just noticed today that my order had shipped and then one moment noticed that an AmiAmi package was on my doorstep. On top of all that, the box got crushed in transit. Thankfully it doesn’t look like the figure itself was damaged, but it still loses points for fucking up the box. I was told AmiAmi were a reputable vendor. Well this makes a pretty poor first impression.
Whatever. This is one of the last major pieces of my Blanc collection. I just need to get a suitable case for her and she’ll go above my TV and gaming center like the goddess she is, while the AmiAmi bonus wall scroll will go above my bed so I can be surrounded by her as I sleep.

I actually don’t have any Blanc scrolls/posters, so this is my first one. Unfortunately all of the good Blanc-specific scrolls were released over a decade ago, either for the anime or for Victory/VII, and thus have become rare. Nothing on eBay, and all out of stock on GoodsRepublic.
On another note, Next White’s proportions are awkward and don’t fit almost any of the commercially produced acrylic display cases, especially the ones with doors and/or mirrored back panels and bases. I have a bobo case still laying around from when I bought my first White Heart figure a couple years ago that would probably fit since the proportions are similar, but it’s a). shoddy and low quality, and has a small crack just from the assembly, and b). is a bit big for where I want to put her (on the bridge above my entertainment center, it’ll fit but I’m worried about shocks or vibrations potentially causing it to fall off).

I saw that too, and I'm surprised Compile Heart even acknowledged it because they sure don't seem to care about any of their other IPs besides Neptunia and maybe Death end re;Quest. Then again, that's probably because Mary Skelter and Death end re;Quest were the last Compile Heart franchises with any impact or staying power and even they can see that. While I have soft spots for both Mugen Souls and Genkai Tokki, they weren't at the level of either Mary Skelter or DERQ, and Fairy Fencer despite loving it, I honestly attribute its popularity to being shonen-flavored Neptunia with the serial numbers filed off (including Tsunako as artist) during the peak of Neptuniamania. Being honest, I don't think they'll ever make something this good and sovlful again. Mary Skelter was a true labor of love from everyone involved, having way too thought put into its characters and worldbuilding for a Compile Heart game and an amount of supplemental material that even Neptunia would have been envious of in its early days. Part of me wants something more from Mary Skelter, but I simply do not trust Compile Heart as they are now to do it any justice. Even Finale was several steps down from Nightmares and 2.

Watching Xbox try it again after it already failed is stupid in and of itself, but what I'm really annoyed about is that EVERYONE is doing this now. Nintendo is making Hollywood movies. SEGA is making Hollywood movies. Sony is making Hollywood movies and calling them Playstation games. It's like the whole industry is entering some sort of symbiotic relationship with Hollywood. And since Hollywood is a den of iniquity, that can't be a good thing. Yeah, I know Nintendo had some forays into moviemaking back in the day with that infamous live action Super Mario movie as the standout example, but never were they advertising movies front-and-center like they've been doing in the past few Nintendo Directs. This is supposed to be a GAME company. And now Xbox is reviving their movie-making division seemingly following their competitors here. For fuck's sake I REALLY do not want to see Hollywood dig their claws into the gaming industry, they are quite literally pozz and Talmudry central.

On another note, my cheap ROG Ally which has served me well for over a year is unfortunately about full on its puny 512GB SSD. Since the ROG Ally's SD card slot is defective and prone to frying both itself and any unfortunate SD card that happens to be in it, in lieu of buying a whole new SSD during RAMageddon and taking the thing apart, I decided it would be better to just upgrade and resell it. So I ordered that fancy new ROG Xbox Ally X20, having a newer chip alongside a bright OLED screen and a cool-looking chassis seemed fine at the time, until I learned about Intel's Panther Lake GPUs and the new handhelds using them. I hope I didn't get ripped off here, the package is otherwise stellar. I also wanted to see if that Xbox Mode/Full Screen Experience did anything for me too since navigating Windows on a handheld, especially without a trackpad, is quite cumbersome. I sure hope that harlot Vert doesn't use this to rope me into her ecosystem...

I assume this is (PS3) HDN terminology? I keep telling myself I need to play that, but my backlog keeps piling up and I am an incredibly slow player. That aside, I am not by any means going to become a Leanbox/Vert worshiper. She bullies my wife, is into gay anal porn, is otherwise the most boring and one-dimensional of the main four CPUs (fittingly, she's also the only one whose personality doesn't really change in HDD), there are much better options in Neptunia if I want to get ara ara'd, and as much as I have to criticize Nintendo over now, they are still nowhere near as bad as Kekbox. The only reason I'm "in" Vert's ecosystem now is because she woke up one day and decided to redefine the entire Windows ecosystem as Xbox out of a delusional drive to make ANYTHING out as her sister. The woman is losing her mind, please come back and fetch her some meds Chika.

>>10833
I have a couple ideas for Neptunia fangames. The first being basically Neptunia Three Houses, where (you) pick a nation and its goddess and interact with them and the others through their perspective and eventually compete with them ending with your chosen side as the sole ruler of Gamindustri.
The other is basically Paper Mario but Neptunia. Blancbro, may God rest his soul, was also rather fond of this idea, hence why he commissioned pic related.
I haven't been able to post to halfchan at all from my PC. I can only post from my phone now, and I hate phoneposting, so I've been posting less and less there. Most of /nepgen/ does not like me anyway, I am evidently too outspoken and too defensive of my waifu for them. In a twist of irony one of the only posters there that is respectful to me is a Noirefag. I've made it clear that he would be more than welcome here if he came, but I have yet to see him...
>at the last school I was at, 4chan was outright blocked
I am not surprised. 4Chan is notorious and outright declares itself an 18+ website anyway. The only reason your altchans aren't blocked too is probably just because your college doesn't know about them. Spectrum has this site on a blacklist in case you missed that. I had to disable their security settings to continue posting here without Tor.

Yes, Guild Moderatist is from HDN 2010. The game is a slog but you should play it for its writing one day.
Guild serves the whole other purpose in that game, it's not a place for you to take Quests from (They're just a button in the menu that wasn't covered lore-wise, I think Basilicom provides them for you?). HDN2010 Guild is a place of gathering for heretics, people who worship a Goddess that doesn't govern the landmass they live in. IF was a Planeptune Guild Moderatist who worshipped Very which is the reason why there are so many yuribait in Re;Birth 1.
>redefine the entire Windows ecosystem as Xbox out of a delusional drive to make ANYTHING out as her sister.
I have to admit that Vert's operating system fucking sucks for gaming and handheld use. Hundreds of 30-50MB useless services consuming 60% of your RAM and preventing the likes of KytyPS5 from allocating memory required to run the game is a sad reality, unfortunately. I'd much rather have you install some SteamOS-based Linux distribution like Bazzite which is reported to be easier on console's internal battery but you do you.
Anyways, congrats on the purchase, I hope it was worth it.

I tried the Xbox Mode and while I appreciate the controller-friendly interface, it has one, glaring issue that is especially relevant for someone like me; IT DOESN'T AGGREGATE GOG GAMES! Well sure, it can grab them from GOG Galaxy, but I don't use GOG Galaxy, what is the point of GOG if not the offline installers? So if I were to use Xbox Mode, I would have to painstakingly add every single one of my now 60+ strong GOG library manually, and not even be able to look at any pretty cover art since that privilege is apparently only reserved for Xbox and Game Pass games. Fuck, I use Armoury Crate a lot on my ROG Ally, and while I had to do a fair bit of jerry rigging entries for some games on it, it at least had no trouble automatically detecting my installed GOG games.
So while I was doing research on Xbox Mode, I learned about this launcher here called Playnite. It's specifically designed to aggregate games from multiple libraries. It can automatically fetch metadata from various sources on the internet depending on your plugins. It can pull and aggregate games from freaking JAST and DLSite. It can even download and install games for you. It's also highly customizable and features themes to mimic various storefronts. What I have right now is of course the Nintendo Switch theme, which transforms the whole thing to make it look like you just booted up your Switch. Lastly but far from least, it's got a full screen mode designed for controllers much like Xbox Mode It's basically everything I hoped Xbox Mode would be. I haven't fully tested it in all use cases yet but it seems very promising so far. Meanwhile, what the fuck is Vert doing that her software gets outperformed by fucking Armoury Crate? Why does Vert have the highest INT stat of the main CPUs again? It should clearly be the lowest because Leanbox is laughably incompetent at literally everything they do.

This is what Switch should've been. Maybe I should get a X86 handheld for H-games someday... Switch is ARM, which causes severe emulation overhead when using FEX/Wine run PC games. Not to mention its puny Tegra CPU is weak than your average smartphone to begin with.

Neptunia Re★Verse is one of them and it runs damn well but I swear to God they picked the worst VFX/color artist, the bloom and, in some cases, full screen filters in this game are unbearable. I made a patch do disable screen filtering and the game looks so much better even though it is less vibrant in the end.

Also, Switch CAN run Senran Kagura. Only if you mod it, though. Modern Nintendo would just look at Minori, Hibari and Mirai and ban the franchise from their platform forever.

That makes me have a thought; are most Switch games bottlenecked by CPU or GPU? Is the Switch 2 actually THAT much inferior in GPU power compared to PC handhelds like the ROG Ally or MSI Claw? From what I heard it actually has a solid GPU with support for upscaling technology but still struggles with ~40fps frame rates in AA games like Atelier Ryza and the recent Neptunia Unlimited despite being able to manage 60 in Xenoblade games which on paper should be much more demanding. Of course Monolith Soft are probably just much more competent coders than college dropout Compa, but I'd kinda like to know where Nintendo's cheaping out. I know a lot of modern games can be CPU hungry as much as they are GPU hungry, like Clair Obscur recommends 16 fucking GB and that's the entire memory of my old Acer Nitro laptop.

>Neptunia Re★Verse is one of them
Lol at a remaster of a port of a port being the example you use for PS5 exclusives, but in all honesty the higher qualities and Arrange Mode featuring all the characters in the Re;Birth series as well as a few other changes (including making the price of outfits in the shop way, WAY more affordable so you can easily get your swimsuits and such) were a nice touch. Is it worth buying a Faggotstation 5 for? Hell no, but it would have been nice if it had been ported to PC. That said it would probably not be compatible with Neptastic and so that ugly bloom you speak of would probably not be able to be turned off. It kinda speaks to just how bad it was even in the Re;Births that Neptastic has it lowered to half intensity by default and then they turned it up to 11 in ReVerse.

>>10844
Oh, I guess it must have just been a coincidence that a lot of your recent comms dropped around Monday or Sunday.

Switch is basically a phone with a rather strong GPU and a rather weak CPU. I don't know about Switch 2.
Also, Uni Monday poster is neither one of us, I don't think me and Unibro have what it takes to insult wagies every Monday when we are both employed I'll just assume Unibro is employed due to how many commissions he orders

Surprisingly, it's still the same old Compa codebase, the game is literally called "RB1 plus for PS5" internally. And you can disable bloom in PS5 version with a cheat.

>are most Switch games bottlenecked by CPU or GPU?
CPU, but not for the reasons you think.

In terms of "raw power", the Switch is more powerful than the Wii U (Which is far more powerful than a PS3). And from what I understand with the Switch 2, it's power is on par with the PS4/Xbone. So despite all this power, why is the Switch (2) CPU bottlenecked? It's because the the CPU is built upon the ARM architecture, which majority of games are not designed for.

If we're talking eighth gen home consoles and more recent, those games are largely designed for systems running x86 CPUs. If you're wondering about the Steam Dick and the Rog Ally, they're both x86 devices. However if we're talking seventh gen home consoles and earlier, those games were built for systems running RISC CPUs. Now, here is where the problem comes in. x86 CPUs are essentially "high level" in that they can handle a lot of very difficult multi-step operations very easily, but at the cost of not being able to efficiently receive and process too many operations at once. RISC CPUs are designed from the opposite end of being "low level", to where they process simpler "individual" tasks very efficiently. So one big 100 step task done quickly, or 100 one step tasks done quickly. ARM and PowerPC follow from the RISC design structure, which is probably why the DS, PSP, 3DS, and Vita saw a lot of console ports back in the day. Because they were also ARM devices. However, majority of today's games are not designed for RISC systems. They're designed for x86 systems first and foremost, which would require the devs to actually spend some time reworking the game's code so that it can take advantage of the different architecture. Keep in mind that this is a very basic explanation, I'm definately no expert in this regard and just know enough to give an overview.
>I know a lot of modern games can be CPU hungry as much as they are GPU hungry, like Clair Obscur recommends 16 fucking GB and that's the entire memory of my old Acer Nitro laptop.
That's not how it works. the CPU exists for the purposes of directing tasks and offloading processes. RAM is used for temporary memory storage. Here's some Fireship videos to give you crash course in how a computer works: https://odysee.com/@fireship:6/100+-computer-science-concepts-explained:0

IMO, the difference in the CPU architecture does not guarantee the performance degradation by itself. The difference between ARMv8 and AMD64 is not as stark as you might think and I can definitely see two of the same engine builds for AMD64 and ARMv8 performing nearly identically provided that the comparison is fair and both builds properly utilize extensions that are available to them (i.e. using ARM NEON SIMD hardware extension when the AMD64 uses AVX).
Switch's CPU IS actually a bottlenect for the reasons we think - it's just not that powerful to begin with. It doesn't compare favorably to a mid-range phone chipset of the time, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660. https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/compare_cpu-qualcomm_snapdragon_660-vs-nvidia_tegra_x1 and don't get me started on the flagship ones.
I've observed that the offending component is varying from game to game, and, surprisingly, Unity Engine games on this platform are often GPU-limited. That was the case for Neptunia SvS, at least. While Switch's GPU is generally considered a strong contender in the mobile space for its time, it's still a little too weak for compute.
Also, the video you linked talks more about the GPU specifics rather than the CPU bottleneck (small number of complex shaders on mobile GPUS vs. lots of simple shaders on desktop). This is actually a consistent design philosophy for mobile hardware in general. You can see that in Adreno GPUs, and you can even see that in Vita GPU.

I wouldn't mind this shit so much if it wasn't for the fact that the ONLY body adjustments that is ever allowed is making the character fat. Excluding jokes like Fat Drake, but even that's gotten old when "everyone" is doing it. If they're putting in game mechanics to make a character fat, then they can also put in game mechanics that make the character ripped. In fact, why not take things further and have it where you need to have the character actually participate in activities that distribute (And removes) points appropriatly based on which exercising is done (Meaning no skipping leg day and such)? Or even have it where the history of the character makes permenant changes. Like becoming fat increases the tit size mana bank, and that cannot be changed.

Karia is an established, pre-written character so I imagine not much can be changed to accommodate what you said, and it at least makes some sense since I guess a central mechanic of Atelier Karia is that she eats ingredients and changes/gains abilities based on what she eats.
My principle issue with this (aside from just hating fatfaggotry in general) is mainly that they marketed this feature like it was something "edgy" and rebellious. They said their localizer division told them it would be offensive in the west and that's why they ran that poll. But in what world is fatfaggotry offensive to western standards now? Fat/weight gain is just about the most "safe horny" fetish imaginable. There is almost nothing that signals "I am a pathetic whipped beta bitch boy who would let women walk all over me" than signaling that you would be fine with a woman who was a fat, lazy slob. Compare that to say, just wanting big boobs or butts, at least that imposes some sort of standard on them and we know all too well how much women hate having standards imposed on them.
But anyway, I digress. GUST wants you to think they're rebellious bad boys for implementing this. But at the same time they treat Totori (one of their most popular and well-known main characters) like a minefield they have to tiptoe around, and are still scared shitless of giving you any ACTUAL fanservice like what was in the Arland games or God forbid Ar Tonelico. It just rings to me as a hollow selling out to ((( American ))) bullshit, but not being honest enough with themselves to say "we're too scared to do any form of fanservice that isn't completely safe by American/feminist standards". For fuck's sake they won't even let you have pantyshots any more; Ryza 2 and 3 had the ugly black voids of le "ethics" compliance.

>But in what world is fatfaggotry offensive to western standards now?
By the standards by which fatfaggotry is not considered the unanimous and unquestionable "norm" that people live by, and especially ever since RFK joined forces with Cheetoh-Man, thereby making anything tied to MAHA an "oppressive Fascist system" that needs to be torn down through violent revolution. Never mind all the jokes about Trump sustaining himself on endless amount of McDonald's Happy Meals and Diet Coke. I take it that you didn't even know that recent DSA meetings have been derailed to focus entirely on the "fat genocide" taking place. Yes, that happened, it was all over the news: https://archive.ph/65RJ0
https://archive.ph/9bbLo
https://archive.ph/JxRl2
Do not mistake that as meaning fatties getting slaughtered out in the streets. What they mean when they endless talk about a "fat genocide" is the culture, lifestyle, and attitude that happens as a result from people being fat, and how all of those "end" when people become healthy. It's the exact same thing when you see them endlessly bitching about the "trans genocide" and sometimes the "blind/handicap genocide". It's literally the declaration that we need to "protect" people living outside of the "norm" because those people offer a "new enlightening perspective" on a possible life that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, and that you're "destroying their people" (Equivalent to wiping out the American-Indians) for expecting or even helping them live and function in regular society.

I’m starting to think some Shaniqua or Tyrone at FedEx stole my ROG Xbox Ally X20.
I had it on preorder. I should have got it on the day of release. Instead tracking says it got to my local FedEx office and then got stuck there. For three days in a row now it has been “out for delivery”, only to never come. I already scheduled a refund from Best Buy. Tracking still hasn't updated since the 16th by the way, and apparently from Best Buy's end they said it hasn't updated since the 14th. I tried talking to FedEx last time when my TV disappeared and they were as obstinate and unhelpful as humanly possible.
So I'll at least have my money back, but now I have to decide if I want to wait to see if it comes back in stock on ASUS's website or buy something like the Acer Predator Atlas or OneXPlayer 3 instead. Both are said to have better performance than the Ally X20, but the Atlas doesn't have an OLED screen and the OXP3 is Chinese and looks ridiculously generic and boring despite having overall the best specs of probably anything in that market. That's not the first time I've been told that and there may have been an element of unconscious attraction there, also possibly why I feel so strongly the desire to see her succeed and be happy.
Being honest, I've been putting off reading/listening to the supplemental material because of the feeling that I need to play the rest of the series first (or at least the "essentials") to be able to have the proper context. It's straightforward. You need to download some files from Sony, but Vita3k will walk you through that.
Importing games is not hard, you can either download pkg+work.bin from NoPayStation or use NoPayStation PC client to download your games and DLCs, zip its output folder and import it in the emulator.

Vita-era Neptunia spinoffs are considered what-ifs and are not canon to the series proper. This much is made clear by the disclaimers right after you start a new game. You can enjoy them in any order and not lose much of anything, especially since you've completed RB3 and met Ultra Dimension CPUs already.

I've been playing Baldr Sky. It's a cyberpunk mecha VN with arcade-style gameplay segments. The game seems right up my alley, but I'm withholding judgment until I'm finished or at least halfway through. I find the trope of making an obvious Aryan Nordic goddess like Rain here and then giving her a Japanese name to be funny.
Also been experimenting with Playnite and plug-ins; it's be really nice if I could get a couch-like experience with the ability to bring up Fullscreen Mode with my controller and launch games on my TV.

All of that + Ethernet NIC + HANA chip (HDMI/AV codec & clock generator) + internal 1.8V voltage for HANA chip
Microsoft cheaped out by cramming all of this functionality under one roof and WHEN Ethernet or HDMI ports encounter a voltage spike the whole house burns down and your Xbox will no longer react even to the power button.
The part is cheap (about $15) but it's a BGA chip that only be replaced if you're specially equipped for that. Large IR preheater like Puhui T-8280 is a must.

Trust me, I would love to get some revenge here, especially since the fucking X20 keeps selling out again in hours whenever it comes back in stock. But I just don't see any way I could feasibly achieve it without getting my hands dirty. The police around here are notoriously rude and unhelpful, they're more likely to suspect you for bothering them. Someone toilet papered our yard once and they acted like they wanted to arrest US.

They'll all go back once their crappy website goes back up. On that note, it is awfully funny how NONE of the /nepgen/ regulars ever show up here, not even when the site goes down. Not IFtard (thankfully), not Marvyfag, not REDfag, not even (regretfully) the Noirefag. Considering how often and frequently they post there you have to wonder what they do while waiting for 4Cuck to come back online.

>Thanks to one of my online friends, I found out that this is because some PHP exploits have been discovered, so every website that uses that is now down until those devs release a patch, which I'm told should happen later today.
Had to take several services offline at my job site earlier today.

No, KSB eating shit and dying results in NoROD. The console simply does not react to the power button.
I'm pretty sure you can get custom decals from modders or even the car styiling shops if you have those in your area but I would prefer a pre-made decal or a dedicated modder who'd do that for you because I just know that car greasemokeys will give me the LOOK the second I lay the designs down.
As far as enacting revenge on the guy goes, well, if it's not with cops the best you can do that you'll get to see how life will eventually humble him. Revenge is best served cold anyways.
