Responding to frumpy low effort fatsos certainly will be.
hmm
When I watch old/finished shows I like to watch two episodes each few days. It feels like a good middle ground between having enough time to think about the episodes while not feeling I watched too little to be satisfied each time. It takes a bit more for me to watch longer shows but I found it fullfilling.
When an anime has an odd number of episodes I also like to watch all last three chapters in the same watching session as as a sort of "big finale".

Watching the final three episodes in one go is much better than getting caught in the middle of the finale and having to wait a week.

Hey kid, ever wanted a cute doll in a frilly dress on your desk? Are you a weirdo who likes doll joints in fishnet stocking? Then this might be your hobby.
While the doll hobby is expensive starting out, the yen vs the dollar is better than ever. So if you're not worried about your budget for the next few years, then this is the best time to import from Japan. When buying dolls you're mainly buying things in segments. Hair, eyes, face/head, clothes, and replacement pieces for limbs/hands/feet/etc. That's why it's an expensive hobby initially. Once you have a body frame, everything else is just spent on the eyes, faces, hair, and clothing. Of course, you don't need to go crazy. No need to fill a whole shelf with them like figurines.

Yahoo Auction is usually the way many doll parts are sold. Buyee and WhiteRabbitExpress are some good proxy/forwarding services to import them. They can bid for you up to a money limit you demand.

Charging stations? That's a pretty odd idea. I wouldn't be surprised if he got the idea from some robowaifu media.
>>115036
It was just a passing question. I have no idea where to look outside OP's links (which have some stuff on doll customization), and I can't say I plan on collecting these even if they are neat.

There's also 30 Minute Sisters, which is literally anime figure model kits from the 30 Minute Missions design team and the line includes several "Option Parts" kits specifically for customization.
>>115114
That sounds really cool. I may check into these at some point. Thanks.
>>115114
I'd personally be more interested in something like that than most dolls, but that's probably because I'm biased towards model kits over figurines in general.
>>115114
This looks like it could be fun little project.

Japanese onomatopoeia will never translate well into other languages. The only reason it works with Japanese is because of heavy word overlap meaning that inflection is important to the overall meaning which translates to verbal ticks and use of onomatopoeia to describe emotion. Chinese sort of does this but it's all been simplified so much it sounds like shit. English, Spanish, and French have been so bastardized by Arabic/Germanic word roots that they can't even handle formal speech fully (the formal forms in French/Spanish don't count and are half-dead anyways), let alone moe. The closest European languages to having suitable tonal inflection and onomatopoeia usage for anime girl noises are the Slav ones (specifically Russian and to a slightly lesser extent Polish).

Yeah whatever but if AI could learn to make dubs that sound like this instead of pig disgusting american whores with american accents trying to sound like cute japanese lolis I'd be satisfied. Either that or japs could learn to dub their own anime instead of letting americans do it.

Hapas and english-speaking asian girls are the superior vtuber choice in my opinion. I've been drifting away from the others.
Why is shando streaming so little recently? And is she really schizo? I heard her mentioning taking anti-psychotics and calling herself that, but I somehow imagined them to be less put-together.

If you haven't played it or heard it before, you might look up the soundtrack for Tsugunai: Atonement, officially released as "an cinniùint". Bit of an iffy game (I actually rather like it myself), but I don't think the OST is something anyone out there has had complaints with.

Discuss and recommend light novels.

>What's a light novel?
Light novels are books—or more specifically, works of popular fiction from Japan. In Japan they are called ranobe, which is a shortened form of raito noberu, or light novel. A typical light novel volume is a bit shorter than a regular one (under 300 pages), is small in size (14.8 cm in height, and 10.6 cm in width), is affordable (around 600-800 yen), includes a number of manga-style illustrations (probably 5 to 10 of them), and is not too difficult to read (generally targeting a young adult audience). Of course, there are exceptions that can be found regarding any one of these points.

It bothers me too, but I've often seen it from nip authors too. Retards. Random isekai characters in medieval swords and magic settings, randomly dropping lines in plain engrish with references to modern techie youth slang. Concepts that could only develop with the existence of cellphones, by japanese people, and only with them trying to speak english. Explaining new communication magic with "it's just like Line", or spam war tactics "like you're suffering a DDOS", or "if this magic fails we'll at least get some apologems", in the mouth of characters from a society that's struggling to develop war chariots. Some settings have that tech disparity but I've heard this bullshit even in "native isekai" with no real tech advancements. Works popular enough to get adapted. Not to mention, in those other worlds, USA never colonized Japan since neither exists. No reason to drop a misplaced line in english just because the author was too lazy to explain the concept with 4 extra words.
